Because our covers must endure immense tension forces to function correctly, we implement strict quality control standards before any product leaves our factory. We stand completely behind the structural integrity and craftsmanship of our work.
If your Soveiluften cover arrives with a definitive manufacturing defect—such as a failure in the structural stitching, a flaw in the heavy-duty canvas, or an improperly reinforced valve port—we will make it right. Defective items may be returned to us for prompt repair or full replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that minor aesthetic variations (such as slight alignment differences in the camouflage pattern or non-structural thread tails) are a natural byproduct of hand-made manufacturing and do not qualify as structural defects.
Because each cover is fabricated to order and specifically dimensioned for standard 10-inch beam-type bladders, we do not accept standard returns or offer cash refunds for "change of mind" purchases, or if the cover was ordered for an incompatible mattress type (such as a round-coil construction bed or a bed with a built-in motor).
It is strictly the buyer's responsibility to verify their air mattress dimensions and internal construction type prior to checkout, as detailed on our sales page.
While cash refunds are highly limited due to our made-to-order manufacturing process, we will consider a full cash refund (minus shipping costs, where applicable) strictly under the following conditions:
